Young Americans Christian School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship policies, athletic policies, and other school administered programs.

Young Americans Christian School reserves the right to deny entrance to any student if, in the opinion of the Administration, it is in the best interest of the school and/or student. Young Americans Christian School reserves the right to deny admission to any student who is evaluated by the School Administration as ineligible.

Acceptance into Young Americans Christian School is competitive and all students applying for admissions must meet all requirements for appropriate grade level and academic testing may be required.

Requirements for Kindergarten Admissions:
(Students seeking admissions to Kindergarten must reach age 5 by September 1st.)

1. Application submitted with the application fee (non-refundable)
2. Letter of Commitment and Philosophical Goals Form
3. Copy of student's birth certificate
4. Necessary medical forms submitted
    a. Certificate of Immunization (GA Form 3231 or 3032)
    b. Certificate of Eye, Ear, and Dental exam (GA Form 3300)
5. Interview with the school's administration.
6. Academic testing may be required.


Requirements for grades 1st - 6th:
(Students seeking admission to 1st Grade must reach age 6 by September 1st.)

1. Application submitted with the following:
    a. Application Fee (non-refundable)
    b. Current year's report card plus last two full years' report cards *
    c. Two most recent achievement test results *
    d. One current letter of recommendation from a current teacher
2. Letter of Commitment and Philosophical Goals Form
3. Copy of student's birth certificate
4. Necessary medical forms:
    a. Certificate of Immunization (GA Form 3231 or 3032)
    b. Certificate of Eye, Ear, and Dental exam (GA Form 3300)
5. Interview with the school's administration.
6. Academic testing may be required.

Requirements for grades 7th -12th:

1. Application submitted with the following:
    a. Application Fee (non-refundable)
    b. Current year's report card plus last two full years' report cards *
    c. Two most recent achievement test results *
    d. Disciplinary records from last school
    e. Two current letters of recommendation from current teachers
2. Letter of Commitment and Philosophical Goals Form
3. An interview with the school's administration
4. Copy of student's birth certificate
5. Necessary medical forms
    a. Certificate of Immunization (GA Form 3231 or 3032)
    b. Certificate of Eye, Ear, and Dental exam (GA Form 3300)
6. Record of transcript received.
7. Academic testing may be required

* You may opt to provide an Authorization to Release School Records, if you would like the last school attended to provide the required report cards and achievement test results.
